Four Ways to Pay Environmental Health Fees

3.  In person at LCPH, 9880 Murray Ridge Rd., Elyria, OH 44035

• Hours: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
• Payment Accepted: Cash, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, money orders, and personal checks payable to LCPH.
  
  

4.  U.S. Mail

• Mail a check or money order to: Lorain County Public Health, 9880 Murray Ridge Rd, Elyria, OH 44035
• Include the invoice number on the check.
  
  

Late Payment Policy: A 25% administration fee will be applied to all payments made after the due date.
